미즈노 남보쿠!지은이 이름의 어감도 내게는 특별했고, 책의 내용도 예사롭지 않아 인상적이었던 책 의 개정판인 줄 알았지만 다르게 편저한 책이다. 제목이 더 직설적이다.요는 음식를 절제하고 즉 소식하고, 규칙적으로 먹어야 운을 부르고 성공과 행복에 가까이 갈 수 있다는 얘기이다. 백퍼 공감하는 내용이다. 그러나 절제, 소식이라는 말부터가 거부감으로 다가오는 건 어쩔 수 없다. 늘 실천을 다짐하지만 외식이나 맛있는 음식 앞에서는 번번이 무너지는 결심이다. 그래서 적은 노력으로 운을 부르는 소식을 실천하는 가장 효과적인 방법이 루틴을 만들어 습관화하는 것이라 생각된다. 아침에 일어나는 시각부터 일정하게 정하고, 기상후 바로 입안을 헹궈내고 물 한잔을 마신다. 7시 30분쯤 채소,과일,단백질을 보충할 수 있는 ..
